About the apprenticeship

Duties

Complete opening and closing checks
Maintain workplace food safety standards in operations
Prepare ingredients and assemble elements of patisseries
Clean down as well as cleaning stations during the day
Assembling elements of patisseries
Pack orders for dispatch

Pay will be reviewed quarterly, based on performance and dedication and development in the role will be rewarded.

An appreciation of the company’s Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures is essential to ensure the safety of the individual, team and the public.
