Associate Product Manager, Exchange Closure

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the exchange closure programme across multiple Business Connectivity portfolios (excluding broadband), ensuring strategies, processes, and capabilities are in place.

Manage existing product sets in-life, optimising consumption and cost base, and overseeing migration plans to next-generation platforms.

Collaborate with networks, digital teams, and product owners to deliver efficient migrations and minimise customer disruption.

Maintain product and service matrices, identify gaps in viability and Lead-to-Cash journeys, and ensure compliance with operational and financial controls.

Monitor billing accuracy, capacity planning, and service integrity, resolving issues such as incorrectly badged services and token utilisation.

Define and mobilise product projects, secure funding through AIP, and coordinate delivery activities including OSS trials and capability enhancements.


Experience needed to be successful in the role

Proven ability to manage complex product exit or migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal customer disruption.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, planning, and execution, including aligning processes and capabilities.

Deep understanding of Internet technologies, Ethernet-based services, and broader technology trends that influence product design and delivery.

Ability to evaluate trade-offs, risks, and recommend investment strategies that deliver business outcomes across multi-functional areas.

Skilled at engaging with subject matter experts and stakeholders across portfolios to drive successful outcomes.

Recognised expertise with experience in representing the organisation in industry forums and engaging with customers at a strategic level.
