Corporate or Banking Lawyers – Edinburgh (Assignment 15345)

Seeking lawyers with 4–5 years’ PQE in corporate or banking law to join a dynamic team handling high-profile transactions. Ideal for candidates relocating or returning to Scotland, offering work on complex, market-leading deals. Emphasis on strong technical skills, commercial mindset, and excellent client relationships.

Banking & Finance – Glasgow (Assignment 17347)

Banking & Finance Lawyer role advising on leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, loan portfolios, and central bank work. Minimum 2 years’ PQE with experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or projects; strong academics and client focus required. Offers exposure to market-leading transactions, early responsibility, training, and long-term career growth.

Banking – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16576)

Recruiting two Banking Lawyers (2–4 years’ PQE and 4–6 years’ PQE) to support a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and ABL. Involves drafting and negotiating agreements, managing transactions, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors.
