Job Title - Brand and Content Marketing Manager

Location Remote / Hybrid (UK/EU based)

Salary - £50,000 - £75,000

Company Overview

I am currently working with a super exciting Payments Orchestration company based in the UK. Their technology allows high-risk merchants, particularly within the iGaming vertical to connect seamlessly to multiple PSPs, Acquirers, and APMs via a single API.

With a strong reputation already within this market, they are now looking to hire a highly creative and commercially minded Brand and Content Manager to elevate their marketing efforts and position the brand as a leader in this space.

The company has been fully self-funded since launch with very successful entrepreneur at the helm with an impressive track record o success. They along with the team have led the business to profitability and have an impressive 8 year run rate so whilst this may feel like a startup, they have huge security and credibility already established.

Role Summary

This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about working within a fast paced, agile startup culture where you will have ownership and autonomy whilst also being able to collaborate closely with an experienced Marketing director.

You will be a creative storyteller and be responsible for shaping tone of voice, developing cohesive content strategy and producing high quality, multi-format content that drives engagement across web, social, campaigns and more.

You will work very closely with the broader business from sales, Product, and partnerships to ensure every piece of content serves a purpose. That may be for brand awareness, demand generation or sales enablement.

The content created will be from social campaigns, whitepapers, blogs, scripts for webinars, sales collateral to name just a few.

Key responsibilities

  • Create compelling content across formats including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales docs, social posts and landing pages.
  • Own the brand tone of voice and visual messaging ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication
  • Manage the content calendar, aligning with SEO goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution growing the online presence and engagement
  • Work with PR agencies and internal stakeholders on media plans and press outreach
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to turn technical insights into real world use cases and campaign content
  • Own website content from mapping user journeys and improving UX to writing high quality copy
  • Contribute to partner marketing activity including interviews, podcasts and GTM content
  • Measure performance through analytics and SEO tools to drive the possibility of optimisation
  • Support event presence through copy, speaker sections, follow up material and signage

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years within B2B content or brand marketing position, ideally with Payment experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proven track record developing and implementing content strategy across multiple formats
  • Deep understanding of tone of voice, brand positioning, and campaign messaging
  • Hands on experience working with digital tools for SEO, Analytics and CMS
  • Familiarity withing the broader payments ecosystem covering PSP, Acquirers and APMs
  • Working experience with creative tools (Canva, Abode CS, Video editing)
