About the role

Our Central Services Co-ordinators are responsible for the management of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that come into the team.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for process, working closely with key experts in other departments including sales, products, commercial, billing and customer service to support all central services, off-boarding, credit approval and maintenance processes.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of customer off-boarding across the collaboration sector. Working with service and sales teams to provide a tailored approach and ensure every project is delivered to the customers’ needs.

Working to evolve our service delivery standards, adapting, and improving our processes to ensure we add value, exceed expectations, and set us apart in the marketplace.

What you’ll do

  • Support with the management of all activities within the Central Services and Off-boarding Team
  • Work with relevant areas of the business to ensure that all work is managed and delivered effectively, ensuring the best possible customer experience
  • Maintain an ethos of continual improvement to ensure that all processes and tasks are being delivered in a time and cost-effective manner
  • Liaise with the Central Services & Off-boarding Manager to ensure any viable solutions are made visible to higher management and technical teams
  • Completion of the Off-Boarding process in its entirety, including calculating ETF fees, liaising with suppliers, and manually ending billing.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports and ensure these are used effectively and monitored – for example, Leavers Logs, Unsolicited Cancellations, Credit Approval and Maintenance Contract Reconciliations.
  • Be the point of escalation for Credit issues
  • Liaise with customer directly affected by Off-boarding to understand our weaknesses as a business and look to retain.
  • Support with Maintenance Pre and post bill checks, Start Date Aligned, Zero Selling Price, Do Not Bill, Live Not Live, Nominal Report, Wildix Report (3rd party renewals) and Teams reconciliation reports
  • Maintain the Enquiries mailbox, ensuring the request that come in are quickly passed to the correct department across the business.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the product portfolio and have overall commercial awareness for the business

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including task escalation skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of most standard desktop software applications e.g., excel, word, outlook etc.
  • ·Excellent organization; project management; time management and communication skills.
