We’re making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone dress better.Your Mission The Chief of Staff's mission is to work with the CEO to help solve the company's problems, no matter how big or how small the problem. This is a hands-on role, where you will create real change in the business.You must thrive on getting things done and be comfortable working through chaos to find creative solutions. You'll touch all diverse areas of the business, which may require deep analysis on data, leading creative areas of the business and participating in boardroom discussions.We want someone who's hungry, exceptional, and energized by this unique opportunity to execute Tilt's vision for the future of fashion.What You'll Do
Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects to drive growthBe a trusted partner to the CEO, managing daily priorities and ensuring alignment with business goalsPrepare investor updates and board decks for quarterly board meetingsJump in where needed to meet emerging challengesResearch new opportunitiesRequirements
Must have 3+ yrs of experience at a venture-backed startupsExceptional problem solving skillsAbility to independently prioritize and deliver resultsOutstanding verbal and written communicationBonus: Experience in the e-commerce or fashion industryPerks & Benefits
