This role is On-site Pharmaceutical Client Craigavon.
As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. This role will be the front line contact for major customers dealing with client Supervisors and Managers and will oversee process procedures in partnership with customer requirements.

How you create impact

  • Preparing Temperature controlled alternatives to clients.
  • Handling time critical consignments.
  • Accurate and prompt data recording.
  • Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
  • Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups.
  • Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
  • Data entry of key milestone information.
  • Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Undertake reasonable duties / responsibilities or tasks.
  • Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions
  • Driver responsibilities as required.

What we would like you to bring

  • Warehouse working experience.
  • Confidence to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer knowledge with relevant packages
  • Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
  • Forklift license. (preferable not essential)
  • Confidence to work independently and remotely.
