Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef in Broughton, United Kingdom! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef and sous chef
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all food preparation processes
  • Manage assigned station, overseeing production of food items and maintaining cleanliness
  • Uphold high-quality standards for all food handled, focusing on presentation and taste
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring equipment is in good working order
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements to existing dishes
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment
