We’re looking for a Controls Compliance Manager to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the heartbeat of SOX compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring our control environment is not just ticking boxes—but driving excellence.


What You’ll Do

Own the SOX Compliance Calendar: Track and manage deadlines for 100+ control instances across EMEA. No control left behind. Quality Review with Precision: Dive deep into control documentation, testing evidence, and remediation plans. You’ll be the final set of eyes before sign-off. Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with 40+ control owners—from Ops to sales to Finance—to ensure controls are executed timely, documented, and understood. Feedback That Fuels Growth: Provide constructive, actionable feedback that helps teams elevate their control game. Report with Confidence: Keep leadership informed with crisp updates, risk flags, and progress reports. You’ll be the go-to for control health in the region.
