We require a  Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in the heart of  Leeds City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support to customers across phone, email, and live chat
  
• Assist with product orders, technical inquiries, and training course details
  
• Ensure every customer interaction is a 5-star experience

• Previous experience in customer service (tech experience is a plus!)
