We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders. 📞📧
Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently. ✔️
Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations. 🌟
Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities. 💼💡
Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. 🚚✉️
Skills and Profile Required:
Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications. ✔️
Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail. 🗓️
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. 🤝🔍

Benefits:
Competitive salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. 💸
