Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting with our mid-market customers to introduce our innovative cybersecurity services. Your mission will be to qualify their needs and schedule appointments for our sales specialists. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in proactive outreach, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for technology and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing B2B clients to present our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Engage in consultative dialogues to understand clients' current security challenges.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and arrange appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting, ideally within IT or cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior business decision-makers (IT Managers, CISOs, MDs, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (training provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
