Job summary: 


The Demi Chef de Partie prepares dishes, in conjunction with the other Pastry Chefs that are delicious, sweet treats for the hotel. Working as part of a pastry team, the role is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained within the section. It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard possible. 


We are looking for a chef who is passionate about food and will work well within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen, handling the preparation and order of service within the Pastry Kitchen. You will need a high standard of food knowledge and skill with an eagerness to deliver delicious food using fresh ingredients.


Qualifications

Current Foodsafe Certificate High standard of food knowledge Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills Experience of managing, developing and leading a team Ordering and stock control Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment
