Job Purpose
The role will support all new and ongoing digital engagement projects and is a key player in strengthening our integrated search and content strategies and crafting comprehensive brand experiences for our consumers. You will be responsible for leading multiple ongoing search and content projects requiring coordination with a broad set of partners across Europe, North and South America.
What you will do:
- Supports on development of search and content strategies for brands and key engagement initiatives, maintaining consistency across brands and customers.
- Establish new content capabilities and implement content testing processes, demonstrating content management automation solutions.
- Build, implement and maintain content guidelines for website content production and lead all aspects of implementation and guideline adoption.
- Collaborates with Hub social leads to develop social engagement (including social commerce) plans for IMC campaigns - including trend-jacking, video creation, influencer amplification, content localization.
- Implements standard methodologies, tools and reporting cycles to cultivate collaboration knowledge sharing with key partnerships.
- Leverage agency and media partner relationships to learn and share standard processes.
- Supervise and report on content performance and use analytical skills to supply to recommendations for content optimisations and future content creation
- Lead digital division calendar with support from website specialist.

- In-House Creative Team including the head of the digital & e-commerce creative development, studio project managers
- Division, Hub and Subsidiary brand and digital marketing teams
- Global Digital Teams located in North America
- Technical/Development Teams located across Europe and South America.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in digital marketing and/or content marketing
- High proficiency in SEM/SEO
- Experience working with content/creative agencies
- Superb communications and project management experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with tools such as SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Moz, Ahrefs, Jira, etc.
- Highly organised with an attention to detail & thrives working cross-functionally
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and flexible to react to changes
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with collaborators
- Comfortable working with short timelines, multi-task and meet deadlines.
