As a Doorman at St Pancras, you are one of the first associates that a guest comes into contact with. Your friendly, authentic approach creates a unique and personalized guest experience when the guest walks in the door.

Always strive to fulfill guest requests; collaborate with colleagues and departments to find solutions or provide alternatives when necessary. Serve as the first point of contact at the entrance, offering a warm welcome and ensuring the area remains clean and presentable. Act as a role model for exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits. Gather guest feedback and share insights with the team. Report any work-related accidents or injuries immediately to your supervisor. Stay alert to suspicious activity on the property and act according to security protocols. Protect the privacy and security of guests and team members. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards. Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures. Communicate with guests and colleagues using clear, courteous, and professional language. Discuss work-related matters discreetly, avoiding public areas.
