Leonard Buca LTD is looking for motivated and hard-working Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our team in or close to London.

Full-time self-employed driver positions with LB Logistics delivering packages and great customer experiences!


We’re seeking reliable, hard-working, and passionate people who can succeed in a fast-paced environment. Successful drivers always put safety first and care deeply about the customer!


What we are offering:


Compensation - £155.75 - £175.75 per Route ,


> SWB - £155.75 x 6 Days = £934.50 + 20% VAT = £1,121.40


> LWB - £175.75 x 6 Days = £1,054.50 + 20% VAT = £1,265.40

* Up to £24.30 per day on Performance Bonus


* Fuel Allowance - £0.22 per mile


* Induction - £103.50 per day * 3 Days = £310.50


*£200 Joining Bonus ( equivalent FREE Van for the Frist week of the employment)

Mobile device during work time in order to stay connected and provide advanced technology to navigate your routes efficiently and get delivery instructions from customers


Packages are pre-sorted for your van loading


With us, everyone is heard, and everyone is observed. A flat hierarchy enables discussions at eye level


Daily interaction with customers


Up to 6 working days per week – A Day off you'll receive on rotation bases


Responsibilities:


Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely


Adhere to all safety regulations on the road


Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records


Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude.


We can provide the vehicle with all insurance and maintenance included for the successful candidates at a cost.


Independent problem solver with good communication skills


The ability and will to be able to use the stairs to deliver packages


Complete a background check and a drug and alcohol test (mouth swab )


Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kgs.)


Some commercial vehicle driving experience is a plus but not required


Approximate working hours per day are 9.
