Dustcart Loader – Waste & Recycling Industry
📍 Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm Opportunity


Driver Hire Winchester are looking for hardworking, reliable Dustcart Loaders to join our client’s team in the waste and recycling industry. This is a hands-on, outdoor role, working as part of a crew collecting household and commercial waste across the local area.


If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and working as part of a close-knit team — this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


The Role

Temp to perm position – 12-week probation period


Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 37 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 7.5 hours minimum
Friday: 7 hours minimum
Shift times: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Handle residents’ recycling and waste collections
Ensure all waste is sorted correctly for recycling

What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential, due to working from various depots)


Physically fit and able to lift waste bags when required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
