We are seeking a passionate fashion enthusiast with a flair for e-commerce to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the e-commerce trading team to gather A/B testing requirements, always prioritizing the customer experience. You will use commercial insights and data analysis to inform your decisions. Additionally, you will oversee all content updates, ensuring that the customer journey is clear and accurate.


Key responsibilities: 



  • Delivering optimisation & personalisation Initiatives across Office & Offspring websites and apps.
  • Lead A/B testing campaigns, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement impactful changes using Bloomreach and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the wider trade, buyers and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Support premiumisation efforts by optimizing CMS templates, briefing new features, and ensuring mobile and desktop journeys meet customer expectations.
  • Be proactively involved in the planning, briefing and execution of all trading optimisation A/B tests across the OFFICE, OFFICE London and Offspring websites.
  • Using Google Analytics and other analysis tools including Content Square you will proactively optimise online selling, be it through site search updates, product recommendations, serving lightboxes or badging products for promotional purposes.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure all requirements are met and creative is commercially clear and all information is accurate.
  • Work with the trading team to discuss ideas, gather requirements and plan for future tests. Manage the relationship with our optimisation platform Dynamic Yield. Have weekly calls with account manager to analyse test results and discuss best practises going forward.
  • Hold regular meetings with the trade and marketing teams to determine and prioritise future optimisation focus points.
  • Compile weekly and monthly optimisation reports and share with the ecommerce team and wider business. These should include top line stats from recent A/B tests as well as sharing next steps and competitor analysis.
  • Attend the weekly planning meeting to ensure all content and trading expectations are being met.
  • Making sure to communicate optimisation plans with the team to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Use HTML and CSS knowledge to help implement trading updates.
  • Liaise with Front End Developers (agency) on creation and testing of new experiences
