Our client, one of the world's leading investment management firms, is looking for an exceptional senior Executive Assistant to support MDs in a fast moving, every changing environment. Do you love being ten steps ahead, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring a well managed schedule?
This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional with proven investment or financial services experience, who can act as a true partner to senior leaders. A very special role, you will work with some exceptional people, and be part of a wider firm with a great culture.

The role:

Provide seamless, proactive support to Managing Directors, managing complex diaries, global travel, and constantly shifting priorities with ease. Think and plan ahead, anticipating needs, spotting challenges, and ensuring the MDs and wider team are always set up for success. Build strong internal relationships across global offices, acting as the main point of contact, who keeps communication and collaboration flowing. Take ownership of team culture and logistics, planning offsites, internal events, and creating an engaging and supportive environment for the London and wider teams. Bring warmth, professionalism, and positivity to every interaction. Extremely important for this role, you must blend corporate professionalism with a warm, kind and fun personality. Operate with absolute discretion, detail, and reliability, ensuring excellence in every detail.


To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced EA with significant experience supporting senior leaders in investment management, private equity, or financial services.
Demonstrable longevity in your career is essential.

Naturally approachable, trusted, and collaborative across all levels of the business.
Calm under pressure, detail focused, and genuinely committed to helping others do their best work.
Very experienced in planning, from coordinating multi-time-zone schedules to delivering perfectly executed events and offsites. Hybrid working, 4 days in office, 1 day working from home.
