We’re looking for dedicated Housekeepers to join our friendly and hard-working team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa — one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning boutique hotels.


Perched high above Broadway, Dormy House is a luxurious home-away-from-home where guests come to relax, recharge, and indulge. From our beautifully designed bedrooms to our award-winning spa and cosy lounges, it’s our housekeeping team who make sure every space looks and feels exceptional.


We currently have a fixed-term position (40 hours per week, across 5 days including weekends) available from now until the end of December 2025.


🧺 What you’ll be doing:




  • Cleaning and presenting guest bedrooms to the highest standards




  • Ensuring public areas are always immaculate and welcoming




  • Working efficiently and with pride as part of our brilliant housekeeping team




  • Supporting your colleagues and helping create a warm, positive atmosphere




✨ What we’re looking for:




  • A friendly, hardworking attitude and a great eye for detail




  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team




  • Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential — full training will be given




  • Reliability and enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality guest experience every day

  • ÂŁ12.60 per hour, rising to ÂŁ12.80 after one year




  • Plus tips, meals on duty, and uniform provided
