Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is everything? At AFI-Rentals, we’re looking for a proactive Fleet Support Administrator to join our Engineering & Hire Desk team.

This is a crucial role in ensuring our fleet and hire operations stay safe, compliant, and efficient. You’ll support everything from booking services to managing parts, coordinating repairs, and assisting the engineering team.

Job Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Coordinating MOT/PMI & Service bookings

✔ Ordering and managing parts & stock

✔ Supporting Repair Management and maintenance checks

✔ Assisting with breakdowns and defect reporting

✔ Provide and follow up on reporting.

✔ Liaising with engineers and managing planners

✔ Vehicle audits and incident support

✔ Handling damage notifications and repair follow-ups

✔ Assisting in tyre management and yard checks

✔ Working with our resale team to coordinate machine sales.

  • ✔ Expanding supply chain and improving admin processes



Essential Skills

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in fleet, service or engineering admin (or similar)

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

✔ Confident using systems and managing bookings

✔ A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
