TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Gardeners to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company. The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available. Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary).

This role requires flexibility during their busy season (May to October) with regards to hours and days worked.

Salary: £26,000
(Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half - £18.75 per hour) – lots of overtime available!!!

The role will be to maintain all gardens and grounds to the highest standard as detailed below
The Gardening function delivers day to day gardening maintenance of all properties. The team will be required to ensure that the landscaping and special projects are delivered to the required standards of the Client and ensure the smooth running of all horticultural activities on the Estate and associated properties. 

We are looking for Gardeners to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

Key responsibilities:
Mowing
Border Maintenance  
Turf and Leaf Maintenance
Seasonal Bedding
Water Courses/Ponds/Waterfalls – Ensure Pond weed control and on-going preservation of this area
Hedge Maintenance

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
Previous garden maintenance experience
Physically fit to perform garden maintenance work including operation of garden machinery
Preferred Spraying course PA1 Foundation and PA6 Handheld sprayer
Preferred Course in chainsaw maintenance / crosscutting
Gardening qualification is desired
  Good plant knowledge
Valid UK Driver’s License
