The Opportunity:


We are seeking a Head Butler to lead this iconic program and shape the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure. This is a rare opportunity to join a pre-opening team and establish a new benchmark for luxury service in one of the world’s most prestigious locations.


As Head Butler, you will serve as the face of our Butler Program, leading a team of luxury ambassadors who deliver high-touch, personalized, and anticipatory service. You will oversee all aspects of butler operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and an uncompromising guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily Butler operations, including pre-arrival planning, in-stay service, and departure experiences Personally manage VIP guests, building rapport and anticipating needs with discretion and elegance Maintain privacy and confidentiality for high-profile guests Conduct daily briefings, set team goals, and ensure consistent communication Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver seamless service Mentor and train Butler team members to uphold St. Regis standards Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and scheduling to meet financial and operational goals Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of the Butler team

What We are Looking For:

Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations. Proven leadership in luxury hospitality, with a passion for service and excellence Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
