Our client who are one of the fastest-growing companies in the travel industry, known for our innovative approach, customer-centric focus, and ambitious global expansion plans are looking for a part-time Head of Finance to lead their finance function and drive key financial initiatives.
Role Summary:
As Head of Finance, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the financial operations, ensuring financial stability, optimising profitability, and supporting the company’s growth trajectory. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our financial strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work hands-on, providing sound financial advice and scalable processes.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support our business objectives, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide decision-making.
Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals and adjusting as necessary.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to support growth and operational needs, and develop strategies for working capital optimization.
Cost Control & Profitability: Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiencies to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service delivery.   
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior finance role.
Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Strategic Acumen: Proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies within a fast-growing company.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a finance team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
Hybrid Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, balancing remote work with office-based days as required. If you are interested in this exciting part-time role please apply immediately
