The Role - As a Hotel Reservations Agent at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — helping them plan their stay with precision, warmth and a deep understanding of our hotel’s offerings. With a focus on personalised service and attention to detail, you’ll ensure every booking reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality.


You will


  • Assist guests with reservations and booking enquiries
  • Provide attentive, genuine and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
  • Understand all room types, availability and hotel services
  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate
  • Use OPERA proficiently to manage guest bookings and preferences
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalised experiences and services
  • Strive for excellent guest reviews and satisfaction
  • Build relationships with repeat guests and recognise returning visitors
  • Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement
  • Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Food & Beverage and Culinary
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
  • Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
  • Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
  • Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and guest experience
  • Perform any other duties as required

With strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, informative and tailored to each guest’s needs.
