This job has huge progression!We are seeking a highly skilled, ex-yachting House Manager/Head Housekeeper to take charge of a brand-new luxury residence in London, owned by international VIP clients accustomed to the highest standards of service.This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and polished individual to step into a key leadership role.You will initially assist with daily Head Housekeeping duties while overseeing and managing a team of 3 housekeepers. As the household becomes fully operational, you will transition into a full House Manager role — responsible for the smooth running of the residence and maintaining a yacht-level standard of service throughout.Requirements for the Role:

Experience in high-end private households (1–2 years preferred) Strong background in yachting (essential) Impeccable attention to detail and service mindset Highly organised, discreet, and well-presented Proven ability to manage, train and lead a small team Ability to liaise with principals and external service providers with professionalism
