🌿 We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our brilliant team at The Fish Hotel!


Perched high on the beautiful Farncombe Estate, The Fish Hotel is a laid-back luxury retreat that’s full of Cotswold charm — with woodland lodges, treehouses, cabins, and contemporary hotel rooms spread across 500 acres of rolling countryside. Guests come for the views, the food, and the feeling of calm, and it’s our housekeeping team who help make every stay special.


We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to help keep our bedrooms and public spaces looking their very best and to support our fantastic housekeeping team in maintaining those high standards our guests love.


This is a Full time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days. These days will involve working weekends. 


✨ What you’ll be doing:




  • Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team day-to-day




  • Overseeing the cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and public areas




  • Helping train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional standards




  • Completing hands-on tasks to keep the hotel looking perfect




  • Managing daily workloads and ensuring smooth operations




  • Upholding high levels of health, safety, and cleanliness across the site

  • Experience in luxury or high-end accommodation




  • A confident team leader with a supportive, positive attitude




  • Organised and detail-focused, with excellent standards




  • Happy to roll up your sleeves and lead by example




  • A true team player who takes pride in their work




  • A full driving licence (our woodland setting is spread out!)

  • ÂŁ14.15 per hour, rising to ÂŁ14.45 after one year
