Procter & Gamble (P&G) busca estudiantes motivados para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos como becarios en Automatización y Optimización de Procesos. Esta es una oportunidad única para aprender y contribuir a la digitalización de nuestros procesos de RRHH, trabajando con herramientas innovadoras y proyectos de gran impacto.

Responsabilidades:

Asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de automatización para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de RRHH.

Colaborar en la gestión y mantenimiento de bases de datos de empleados, asegurando la precisión y seguridad de la información.

Creación de informes y análisis: Generar y automatizar informes utilizando herramientas como Power BI, Databricks o plataformas similares. Apoyar al equipo en la obtención de insights accionables a partir de los datos de RRHH..

Participar en el análisis de procesos existentes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer nuevas soluciones.

Facilitar la adopción e integración de herramientas digitales que mejoren la experiencia del empleado y la prestación de servicios de RRHH.

Contribuir a la monitorización y reporte del desempeño de las soluciones implementadas.

Job Qualifications

Licenciatura en Ingenieria Informática, Ciencia de Datos, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence Interés en automatización de procesos, transformación digital y tecnologia aplicadada a RRHH. Conocimientos de gestión de bases de datos, análisis de datos, herramientas de reporting (SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Python, etc.) Se valorará experiencia con plataformas en la nube (Azure, Databricks) y en integración de fuentes de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
