Trainee IT Manager / IT Support Lead

Location:Colton, Leeds (5 days in the office) - ESSENTIAL

Salary:Up to £35,000 DOE

This role is offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience and require 5 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support, solving hardware and software issues.
• Manage Azure Active Directory and Office 365 for seamless operations.
• Document and improve IT processes to drive efficiency.
• Support IT projects with an eye towards leading initiatives in the future.
• Handle basic network setup, security, backups, and anti-virus management.
• Take part in drone surveying for our construction sites (training provided).

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in an IT support role with previous experience.
• Familiarity with networking basics (LAN/WAN) and security principles.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow within the role.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
