As an Internal Sales Advisor at HSS ProService, you'll be at the forefront of taking customers through the sales journey using your amazing customer service skills. You will be converting inquiries into revenue and delivering world-class customer experiences.

This role is based on a hybrid working model, working 3 days per week in our head office in Trafford Park working standard office hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via various channels to turn them into orders.
  • Administer customer orders with great attention to detail to get successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Be curious about our customers' needs to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products/services to maximise on sales opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • If you have worked in Hire or Building Materials environments that's great - but if not this is something we can give you training on
  • Outstanding customer service skills, providing high quality customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
