Our signature restaurant is a partnership with SUSHISAMBA, which celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru. The menus are a mix of new and signature dishes with an emphasis on bold flavours, the finest ingredients and artful presentations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurant’s operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn and committed to excellence!

As Kitchen Porter, key aspects of your role will include:

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
