Job Description

We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, renowned for its excellence in complex dispute resolution amongst other areas and its collaborative, high-performance culture. They're now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.

What does this role offer:

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home Prime Liverpool Street location Competitive salary up to £53k-£57k DOE Close-knit team with a strong reputation

Key Responsibilities:

High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes team Document production and amending legal correspondence Diary and inbox management Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements Opening new matters and client onboarding Billing and time recording Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years' continuous experience in Disputes/Litigation Proven track record at a top City or US law firm Strong understanding of litigation processes and terminology Professional, proactive and highly organised Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
