Specialising in residential support for the elderly, The Malthouse is a traditional building with a quirky and charming interior set in beautiful grounds with a courtyard and a private rear garden. Inside the home is a warm and homely atmosphere, and you’ll be greeted by a care team who pride themselves on friendliness and caring.

The quality and appearance of our homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our maintenance teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.

What would a typical day look like?

Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work Ensuring our residents remain safe and comfortable by adhering to good health and safety practices at all times

Previous experience within gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential and we can provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
