Fifty years ago, it all started with one man’s mission: pharmacist, Tom George Eakin. He saw his patients struggling with leaking urostomy pouches and decided enough was enough. He got to work and formulated what would become the game-changing, eakin Cohesive® seal.

Fast forward to today, and we’re still keeping it in the family. We’ve grown a lot since then, both organically and through acquisitions. We now have a team of over 700 colleagues across three manufacturing sites and 12 sales and distribution centres. We’re making a difference in three therapeutic areas:

We’re proud to export our innovative products to over 60 countries through a network of 40 distributors plus our own offices in Japan, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium and Luxemburg.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make a real impact? Join us as our Marketing Assistant and help drive the growth of our innovative respiratory product brands: Amsorb Plus, AquaVENT and NeoFlow. This hands-on role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of talented people across our business. If you have great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

We’ll need you to:

Help us build strong clinical brands for our acute care and neonatal product ranges. Work closely with our sales teams and distribution partners to implement agreed marketing strategies within our key markets. Support our busy exhibition schedule making sure our team has everything they need to shine at events. Boost our social media presence with engaging and accurate posts, paired with eye-catching images. Share your creative ideas with the team! Dive into the numbers to help assess the return on investment for our marketing activities, providing insightful reports and feedback. Help to prepare training for our sales teams and business partners on positioning and messaging in each target market. Keep our marketing materials in top shape and readily available for our sales team and distribution partners. Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets. Keep the wider team up to speed with analysis of the market, our customers and competitors. Help design and execute fun and effective customer engagement activities. Support the successful organisation, running and follow up of conferences, meetings and consumer experience days.
