The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Strategist to strengthen our global marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance Saxo’s brand positioning, increase market relevance, and drive long-term business growth.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, in-house and external creative designers and regional sales teams to ensure our marketing initiatives support both commercial objectives and brand equity building. The ideal candidate combines a strong strategic foundation with experience in financial services and/or agency experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement Saxo’s brand and marketing strategy across international markets.
- Translate business objectives into actionable, insight-led marketing initiatives.
- Write creative briefs and become the glue between the commercial organization and our creative department
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure we execute against a well-defined strategic direction with consistency and relevance.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen our positioning.
- Design frameworks to measure and optimize brand and campaign performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience withstrategic brand and marketing management
- Good understanding of media and digital marketing
- Background in agency strategy planning and/or financial services an advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
