About Us

We are a fast-growing financial services group made up of five specialist businesses spanning (consultancy, FX, payments, digital assets, commercial finance, and more). Our clients are businesses who operate in high end, regulated sectors - and marketing plays a critical role in building trust, driving growth, and standing out.

We’re now looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support our Group CMO in delivering activity across all brands in the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple businesses, channels, and industries while developing as a marketing professional.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll sit across the group, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activity. You’ll manage our social channels, support on events, create content, and ensure our materials and websites are always up to date.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same - perfect forsomeone who’s confident rolling up their sleeves, juggling priorities, and learning quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media: Draft, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram; engage with audiences; monitor performance and report monthly.

• Events: Support planning and delivery of events (trade shows, client dinners, conferences); coordinate logistics, and manage follow-ups.

• Content & Copy: Write and edit content such as blogs and case studies with the support of the CMO.

• Design & Creative: Adapt existing assets into new formats (social posts, decks, one-pagers); liaise with our designer on larger creative projects.

• Website Management: Upload blogs, update pages, and ensure content is current.

• Email Marketing: Build and send emails using HubSpot (templates provided); assist with workflows and reporting.

• Collateral & Sales Support: Keep brochures, pitch decks, and case studies updated across the group.

• Reporting & Analytics: Compile monthly reports across channels (social website, campaigns) and share insights with the CMO.

Requirements


  • Must have ~2+ years’ marketing experience within financial services or fintech (B2B experience preferred but not essential)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Confident using social media for business (especially LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with website CMSs (WordPress or similar).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • A keen eye for design; ability to use Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to adapt assets.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of compliance, sign-off processes, and the importance of brand tone in financial services.
