Overview:

As an Influencer Executive at Boots UK, you’ll play a key role in delivering our exciting influencer marketing activity – helping to bring our campaigns, trade activity, brand stories and partnerships to life across beauty, health, and wellness.

Working closely with the Influencer Manager and wider brand, content and social team, you’ll support the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, talent coordination, briefing, contracting, content reviews, reporting and relationship management.

This role would be great for someone passionate about influencer marketing, social media and storytelling, while understanding the commercial benefits and opportunities of influencer marketing. The successful candidate will have an interest in health, beauty and wellness and be able to travel to our Nottingham office. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support campaign delivery: Help plan, coordinate and deliver influencer campaigns across key brand moments and revenue driving opportunities.
• Talent coordination: Assist in managing our influencer roster - ensuring creators are on brand, well-briefed and delivering quality content to deadlines.
• Admin management: Look after contracts, usage rights, POs, payments and content trackers to ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Event coordination: Support the influencer team with the creation of influencer events – from ideation, talent selection and comms, sample ordering and coordination, itinerary, collaboration with other teams including marketing and trading and agency liaison. 
• Briefing & content review: Support the creation of influencer briefs, reviewing content and captions for accuracy, tone of voice and brand alignment.
• Campaign reporting: Gather performance data, track KPIs and support post-campaign analysis to measure impact and learnings.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with brand, trading, paid media and social teams to ensure influencer content supports business priorities.
• Product logistics: Coordinate product send-outs and ensure influencers receive the right products at the right time.
• Trend awareness: Keep up to date with influencer and social trends, helping the team identify new talent and cultural opportunities.

What you'll need to have:

• Some experience working in influencer marketing, social media, PR or content creation - either in-house, agency or freelance.
• Passion for influencer culture, with an understanding of different creator tiers (macro, midi, micro, nano).
• Awareness of social platforms and what great content looks like across each.
• Organised and detail-oriented - comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• A creative eye and confidence to share ideas and suggestions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude – a true team player who’s eager to learn and grow.
