Job Description

We’re looking for a Communications Executive to join our Workplace Savings team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating and delivering engaging, compliant communications that help our members make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our messaging is clear, effective, and aligned with our brand values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering regulated communications and literature across schemes
  • Managing email campaigns and supporting activities within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Collaborating with agencies and suppliers to ensure materials meet briefs and standards
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of communications and campaigns
  • Using customer insight and data to create impactful communications that drive engagement
  • Reviewing and managing printed stock levels and version control with third parties
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working within compliance frameworks to ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements


Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and numeracy with evidence of budget management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience designing and delivering consumer-facing communications
  • Proven ability to work with creative agencies and manage briefs effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages
