We are now seeking a driven and commercially minded Merchant Sales Manager to accelerate our growth within the merchant channel.
In this key field-based role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of merchant customers across your region, identifying strategic opportunities, deepening account relationships, and delivering profitable sales growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure we are the supplier of choiceknown for our technical expertise, customer service, and innovative products.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of merchant customers
  • Drive profitable sales and meet regional budget targets
  • Build strong, multi-level customer relationships to maximise opportunities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the merchant sector
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, marketing, and NPD teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions
  • Confidently present Euroform products to a range of audiences
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, influencing product and innovation development
  • Use account-planning methodology (Diamond approach) to grow share and cross-sell
  • Represent Euroform at customer meetings, events, and industry forums


What you’ll bring

  • Successful track record in external sales, ideally within construction / merchant sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build deep and strategic customer relationships
  • Effective account planning and pipeline management
  • Good IT capability, comfortable using CRM systems & Power BI
  • Understanding of construction supply chain and decision-making processes
  • Motivated, self-directed and highly organised, with strong time-management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
