Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics BC Sales Individual
Location: London, UK
Salary: £120,000 base, £240,000 OTE
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics BC Sales Individual to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) ecosystem. This role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to double your earnings through on-target earnings (OTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Microsoft Dynamics BC solutions.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and business users.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC products and services, staying updated on the latest features and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the ERP or CRM space, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC and its applications within various industries.
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
