Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As an Mid-Market Account Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.

  • Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
  • Analyse and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
  • Managing a portfolio of 300 customers.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
  • Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
