The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our successful team at our premium franchise dealership selling one of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands. Working with this brand, you must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with your existing customers; keep in regular contact with them about our products (new and used Motorcycles, parts, safety wear and clothing) and forthcoming events.

  • Prospect for new customers by telephone; attending product launches and other events as well as maintaining your own database of enquiries and potential opportunities.

  • Qualify customer needs; new and used motorcycles; part exchange appraisal; presenting proposals; negotiating and concluding sales as well as arranging a high-quality handover and delivery service.

  • Gain a thorough knowledge of our product range and update it through our manufacturer-led training.

  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

  • Maintain professional standards in all your work – including administration.

  • Sell Finance and other related products as well as up-selling from our overall range.

    Skills Required

  • Relevant successful sales experience in a similar role.

  • Ideally, some hands-on experience around Motorcycles. It can be as a side hobby – not necessarily a direct work-related role (exceptional candidates without a motorcycle or automotive background may be considered).

  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding level of customer service for both your customers and our team.

  • Remarkable relationship building and negotiation skills to enable you to develop and close sales opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills; engaging and persuasive, being flexible and adaptable to changing situations; able to work collaboratively within our team.

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Comfortable adapting quickly to new systems – we will train you on our systems and our services.

    Key Points
    £22,000 plus commission with OTE £40,000 - £50,000
    Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week
