Nurse Ambassador – Healthcare Nursing Agency


Location : Hampshire


Shift Pattern : Day shifts


Basic Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus

We are looking for passionate and dedicated nurses to work as Brand Ambassadors with Onecall24. Ambassadors will be key influencers in the community and will take part in exciting campaigns.

Responsibilities

To be the public face of OC24


Positive representation of OC24 through action and behaviour
Utilizing word of mouth marketing to help generate brand awareness
Understanding the company’s vision, mission, goals and services to represent the brand at various events
To nurture a progressive attitude toward the profession through networking with other health professionals in their organizations and informing them of the program.
Creating Awareness for OC24 by interacting with other ‘customers’ in the care sector
Engaging with prospective and existing candidates in a professional and friendly manner 
Work alongside manager to deliver monthly campaign to promote OC24 Learn and implement the company’s promotion strategy at events
Support OC24 by creating and uploading content that encourages public interaction (Social media) Drive brand awareness and attract new ‘customers’
To provide Onecall24 with ongoing regular formal and informal feedback about their activities

Requirements

A minimum qualified Band 5 Nurse or above and current registration with NMC


Must be able to work 36 hours a week
Will be directly employed by OC24 – PAYE
Excellent communication and written English Skills
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments, clients, and candidates.
Willingness to travel to multiple locations within your geographical location
Must have access to own vehicle
