What You'll Be Doing:


This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for the Directors, ensuring their time is managed effectively and that communication flows seamlessly across the business.


Key Responsibilities:



Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Directors
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing and Design Directors
Prepare meeting materials and ensure project files are up to date
Organise virtual meetings and circulate Teams links
Support the Finance Director with legal documentation and database tracking
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities professionally and efficiently
Assist with planning applications via the Planning Portal
Coordinate corporate and director events (UK & abroad)
Oversee office procedures and support the wider admin team
Submit monthly expenses and manage printing/binding tasks
Welcome visitors and arrange refreshments for meetings
