I am searching for an ambitious Part 3 / Architect with creative design flare to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Leeds. The team works across a range of sectors, such as heritage, residential, commercial and public projects. The practice is dedicated to surpassing client expectations while ensuring every project is completed with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The successful Part3 / Architect will have recently completed their Part 3 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You will be forward-thinking, with excellent technical and design skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

ARB registration (or actively completing registration)
Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice, including as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Engage with clients to deliver designs that surpass their expectations
Contribute to all RIBA project stages, supported by senior team members
Comprehensive understanding of UK planning processes, building regulations, systems, and construction methods
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proven strength in design and technical detailing
