Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Work from home available & 5pm finishes on Fridays)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
  
• Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  
• Qualifying job roles and advertising vacancies effectively
  
• Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing potential candidates
  
• Conducting new business sales calls and face-to-face client meetings
  
• Delivering outstanding service and driving revenue growth
  What We’re Looking For:
  ✅ Recruitment experience at Senior or Principal level (or relevant sales experience)
  ✅ Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  ✅ Passionate about career development within recruitment
  ✅ Resilient, positive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  ✅ Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  ✅ Comfortable and confident on the phone – strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  ✅ Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
