Are you an CAD/TEKLA Detailer or similar, looking for a unique and varied role that blends Technical detailing with hands-on Project Management for an award winning Construction Company offering progression into Project Management?

This is a unique opportunity to break into an exciting hybrid role that bridges both CAD Design and Project Management. Working in a small expert team, you'll take ownership of bespoke project detailing while supporting project delivery - from early design concepts through to client liaison and final execution - working on some of the UK's most innovative Architectural Projects

Within this role, you will:

  • Produce bespoke CAD drawings for specialist Construction systems
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Help manage project lifecycles from concept through to delivery
  • Occasionally attend client site visits to support project rollout


This role is perfect for Detailers who enjoy the technical challenge of CAD design but want more variety than sitting behind a desk - ideal for those looking to engage with clients, broaden their influence, and explore routes into project engineering or technical consultancy.
