PROPERTY MANAGER / LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Epsom, KT19

Salary: £32k

Position: Permanent –Full Time

We are seeking a highly organised, experienced residential Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to join a successful, professional, local independent estate agent in the Epsom area.

You must have Property Management and Lettings Administration experience; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.

You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

Skills required for this Property Manager/ Lettings Administrator role will include:

Previous experience in Property Management
Previous experience in Lettings Administration
High level of customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Stay calm under pressure
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
A confident team player
Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
