The Role:
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring top-tier quality standards across manufacturing processes. You will take full ownership of the NCR process, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Customers to drive continuous improvement.

Quality Engineer Key Responsibilities:
✅ Integrate quality control requirements into build documentation.
✅ Oversee customer quality requirements and ensure compliance.
✅ Lead root cause analysis & corrective actions for quality improvements.
✅ Take full accountability for product inspections & quality sign-offs.
✅ Manage the non-conformance process and drive resolution.
✅ Conduct FAIRs (First Article Inspections) to AS9102 standards.
✅ Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards and conduct audits.
✅ Manage and develop a Quality Inspector within the team.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ AS9100 certification – Mandatory
✔️ UK Sole Citizenship – UK Eyes Only – Mandatory
✔️ Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
✔️ Knowledge of GD&T and use of industry-standard inspection equipment.
✔️ Experience in composites manufacturing – Desirable.
✔️ ISO 9001 expertise & experience in root cause corrective actions.
✔️ Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing & 5S.
✔️ Excellent people skills & ability to drive cultural change.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong analytical skills.
