Equans is looking for a Receptionist (Security) to join our team in Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Palace Road SE1 7EU Waterloo London, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £32,.66 per annually and benefits package.


Shift Pattern: 

MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 08.00-17.00, 

What will you deliver?


As a Receptionist (Security) with Equans Sustainable FM, youll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all visitors and staff. You will deliver a best-in-class front-of-house experience that combines professional customer service, strong security awareness, and efficient administrative support.


You will:


Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.




Maintain a secure and organised reception area, managing access control and adhering to visitor management procedures.




Operate the Visitor Management System (BluePoint) confidently, issuing passes and managing access permissions accurately.




Deliver front-of-house excellence through exceptional presentation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.




Support with administrative tasks such as telephone handling, emails, photocopying, printing, and stationery checks.




Monitor and report any security or safety concerns, ensuring the safety of all occupants and visitors.




Collaborate effectively with colleagues, site management, and tenants to ensure smooth daily operations.




Complete daily reports, incident logs, and asset registers (e.g. radios, keys, lost & found) accurately and on time.




Uphold company policies, SOPs, and Health & Safety standards at all times.

Strong knowledge of reception systems (BluePoint or similar)


Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent IT skills Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
SIA Security Guard (SG) licence
